Yesterday's Meeting

Hi Members,

A very interesting meeting, starting with members showing their photography improvements since the early days. You can see quite remarkable improvement, which it is all about. But not letting the side down, once again the gremlins got into the system and Kathy missed out showing her shots. So here they are:

Kathy's early photo taken with a Instamatic in 1974
Taken with a disposable underwater camera in the late 80's
And her recent shot taken at Berrinba
The main topic was presented by member Trevor and his subject, BACKGROUNDS', Trevor explained how we can improve our photographs by taking care of the backgrounds.

We've been on the Coast overnight, so I am trying to catch up. So, the lesson notes will be on the blog in a couple of days.

Over thirty members attended yestesterday's meeting, including a couple of guests, Monica and Klaus who may join the club very soon.

The next Meeting is on the 8th September when member Elaine will talk to us about BACKYARD BIRD PHOTOGRAPHY. In the meantime, keep clicking those shutters.
